for women of all nationalities

Our Mission Statement

AIWC Geneva provides women of all nationalities a supportive, English-speaking environment where they can develop friendships with other members, learn about the Geneva area, welcome newcomers, and share talents while participating in member-organized activities and volunteering with local charitable organizations.

Founded in 1958, we have more than 300 members from over 45 countries. While our common bond is English, our goal is to develop lasting friendships and explore this beautiful country

The courier

The Summer 2026 issue of The Courier has arrived! With the theme of “Keeping Active, Mind and Body”, our members have written a variety of articles on ways they keep active that may inspire you.

Pick up your hard copy at the Club, or click on the image to the right to read about the following topics:

• Michelle, Sara and Debra remind us of the benefits of walking, hiking and biking, as well as other activities.

• The feature is about Beth Ann’s wine seminars and tasting events.

• Christine BB shares information about the Swiss National Day events on August 1.

• Raji describes volunteer services and opportunities.

• Read about the Penelopy Julliard Award and the Dorothy Stockell Award.

• At the annual Spring Luncheon, Kat Cullen, Director of World Radio Switzerland, was the main speaker.

• Katherine B. describes the events happening in the summer in and around Geneva.

Thanks to Karen and The Courier team for another excellent publication!
