Garden Visits

Join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month as we explore private gardens around Switzerland and neighboring France.  Selected gardens are generally within a 2hr driving radius of Geneve.  We have carefully chosen private gardens (ie not public parks) classified ‘exceptional’.

Our first Garden Visit will be the Chateau de Prangins' kitchen garden/potager on Thursday 15 April at 10am - If you plan to take public transport, the train leaves Gare Cornavin just before 9:00. Registration is necessary.

Once you register, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you with meeting information, travel details and Carolyn's contact information. If you don't receive confirmation, please check that you have hit "confirm" at the end of the registration process.

Entry to the garden including a Guide in English by  the Head Gardener brings the garden alive and is 12CHF per person. Following the visit to the garden, you can explore the chateau museum (CHF 8) &/or join in socially distanced picnic in the Chateau’s park grounds - either bringing your own picnic or buying takeaway from nearby restaurant.

Please make your payment at the same time as registering - if there are less than 10 registrants, the visit may be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.

For more information contact Carolyn here.
