YOGA with Michelle on ZOOM
Register today and come along and join a Yoga class on Zoom from the privacy of your own home.
Note: Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the Zoom link and Michelle's contact details.
This activity is open to all Club members at all levels from beginners to advanced although participation will be at your own risk.
My intention is to make Yoga accessible to everyone and help you to feel stronger and grounded in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to move freely, use a mat/non slip surface and have a blanket, blocks and strap nearby if you have them.
Turning up is the hardest part, then you can be kind to yourself, your mind and your body.
