Tennis Tournament - AIC Event

This is an annual American International  Club (AIC) Event and invitation is open to all AIWC members,

Registration is ncessary and must be made through the AIC website amclub.ch . More details coming soon. Keep your eyes on the Hotline! Registration opens June 9th and the registration deadline isJune 22nd.

Tournament Information:

• Play will begin at 17;00 and will be followed by an aperitif and a dinner.
• The schedule of Play is from 17:00 - 20:00 
• Aperitif and Dinner is from at 20:30 - 22:30
• Members (and spouses) will have the opportunity to participate in  the tennis tournament in two ways - Playing and attending the Aperitif/Dinner OR Aperitif/Dinner only.
• There is a  participation fee made payable on the AIC website, of 50CHF per person. This fee covers playing and/or aperitif and dinner, however beverages must be purchased separately
  
• The tournament is mixed doubles only.
• This friendly tournament will take place at TC Geneve, Parc des Eaux-Vives. Changing rooms and showers are available.
• White dress code is obligatory and all participants should wear proper tennis shoes - running shoes are not permittted.
• AIWC Members and/or spouses are welcome
• Tennis players of all levels are welcome
• Matches will be organised by the AIC and will take note of the level of each Player  (A - Good players, B - Intermediate players and C - Beginners)
• Winners will be announced and prizes awarded during the aperitif..
• The menu  choice will be announced on the AIC website and  there will be a choice of 3 menus.
