Relax - it's Summer!
Sounds great, but we often find this easier said than done. At our Retreat Day we'll look at what gets in the way of relaxing with some mindfulness/yoga practices, tips and tools for you to take away this Summer.
Michelle and Cheryl would like to offer you a 'retreat day' based around simple guided mindfulness and yoga practices. The day, which will take place in the Clubrooms, is themed around relaxation!
This day of yoga and mindfulness practices is suitable for everyone - no experience
necessary, we all start where we are.
For this full-day event, wear comforable clothing, and please bring:
Yoga mat, block, strap (or borrow from the Club)
Meditation cushion or blanket
Please note : This may be cancelled if there are fewer than 4 participants.
