Cantonese/HK style Mahjong @ Room 11

Today's activity is for beginner Mahjong players. Ideally we need four people but there is a possibility to play with three.I will cancel the activity if we don't get the minimum.

The game of mahjong is complicated in the beginning so you should plan to play consistently about three times to understand the basics and improve from there. The organizer (Christine BB) has found a good Youtube series that she suggests you watch to get acquainted with the game.

For those who played last time, you could try downloading a Mahjong game on your computer or ipad. Christine downloaded the game mahjong4friends.com. You can play against bots. The scoring is confusing so ignore it.
