Wine Tasting Seminars @ Room 8&9

White wines have an amazing array of flavor profiles from light and zesty to herbaceous to rich and bold or even sweet.  But can you taste the difference between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc or between a Riesling and a Pinot Gris? 

AIWC member Beth Ann D.,  long-time wine educator and vineyard owner will lead us through a tasting of at least six different white wine varietals from around the world.  Learn how to identify the various aromas and flavors in the wines and how the regional terroir and winemaking techniques affect these flavors and aromas.  All wine lovers welcome – no experience required!

Since this is wine tasting (not heavy drinking), the pricing will not more than CHF 10. Beth Ann will bring in the receipt to be split amongst the participants.

The Wine Tasting Seminars will take place at different times over the course of the year. Each class is a stand-alone class.

Future seminars might include, but not limited to: New World vs Old World wines, Fortified Wines, Regional Wine Seminars, Food Wine Pairing, and Sparkling Wines.
