Wine Tasting Seminars @ Room 8&9

Red Wines of the World - As we move into cooler weather, join Beth Ann to discover the wonders of the some of the most popular red wine varietals.  Learn about the characteristic of red wine and how to determine if a wine is tannic or earthy or fruity and learn about how the regional terroir and winemaking techniques affect the flavors of the wine.  AIWC club member Beth Ann Dahan, long-time wine educator and vineyard owner will lead us through a tasting of at least six red wine varietals from around the world.  All wine lovers welcome - no experience or prerequisite required.

Since this is wine tasting (not heavy drinking), the price of the course will be CHF 10 to cover the cost of the wine. Please bring this to the class and pay directly to Beth Ann.

The Wine Tasting Seminars will take place at different times over the course of the year. Each class is a stand-alone class.

Future seminars might include, but not limited to: New World vs Old World wines, Fortified Wines, Regional Wine Seminars, Food Wine Pairing, and Sparkling Wines.
