Please join us to celebrate the life and memory of Penny Tirado. Penny served two terms as AIWC President, received the Penelope Juilliard Award (2005), was a gifted photographer, avid bowler, needle-point artist, Welcome Desk volunteer and so much more. We look forward to being together and sharing our special memories of Penny.
