This month's theme:
- Caponata - Italian side dish, appetizer or topping?
- Salsa Criolla or ‘Salsa a la tipitapa’ (Nicaraguan tomato based creole-style sauce served with fish)
Join us for a friendly and inspiring cooking course where you’ll explore many delicious recipes while building confidence in the kitchen. Each class features a theme, whether international sauces or protein packed breakfasts, paired with a new cooking skill to learn and practice. The instructor will provide all equipment for each class, while participants are responsible for providing ingredients (shopping list will be sent out the Friday before each class), notebook with pen or pencil for notes, apron and kitchen towel to wipe hands.
Whether you’re cooking for yourself, family, or friends, this course is all about good food, new skills, and great company!
Registration Deadline: Registration for each class closes on the Friday before so we can finalize the class list.
Grocery List: A grocery list will be sent to registered participants on Friday, giving you plenty of time to shop for ingredients before class.
WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY OF CLASS:
Please bring your groceries, a notebook, pen or pencil, apron and kitchen towel.
