In November we will lunch at Le Trinquet, a training restaurant, run by the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève, where seasonal cuisine full of freshness, inspired by the richness of the region, is crafted to awaken your taste buds.
Unique in Geneva, this application restaurant was created by the Office Cantonal de l’Emploi (Cantonal Employment Office) to address the shortage of skilled labour in the Geneva restaurant industry, and to promote the rapid and sustainable reintegration of job seekers in this sector.
