Wine Tasting Seminars @ Rooms 8 & 9

This month's theme:  

“Bubbles & Bites: A Sparkling Start to the Holidays” 

Celebrate the festive season with a journey through the world of sparkling wines and the appetizers that make them shine. In this seminar, we will explore various types of sparkling wine and learn what makes each wine unique. We will also discuss how to pair these bubbles with a variety of holiday appetizers from elegant canapés to playful sweet pairings.

AIWC club member Beth Ann Dahan, long-time wine educator and vineyard owner will lead us through a tasting of a variety of wines. All wine lovers welcome – no experience or prerequisite required!

The cost of this course will be CHF 15-20 to cover the cost of the wines. Please bring this to the class and pay directly to Beth Ann.

The Wine Tasting Seminars will take place at different times over the course of the year. Each class is a stand-alone class.

Future seminars might include, but not limited to: New World vs Old World wines, Fortified Wines, Regional Wine Seminars, and Food Wine Pairing.
