International Gourmets - Indian Cookery Demonstration

This extra GI meeting will be an Indian Cookery Demonstration by Raji Sundaram.

Raji will take us through a step-by-step guide for preparing a complete Indian Vegetarian meal by watching a video Raji will prepare. Raji will provide recipes for all the dishes and then participants will  be able to enjoy the finished product in the clubroom kitchens.

There will be a cost for the ingredients (approx chf 15) and a maximum number of participants of 15.

"International Gourmets" is an international foodie group! It is all about international cuisine with recipe preparations, themed cooking (eg. for those with anosmia, gluten free dishes, vegetarian meals...), gadget discoveries, restaurant visits and more!

We  normally meet on the second or third Thursday of each month from 13:00-15:00 . Everyone is welcome.  so if you love food and want to learn more about international cuisine, join us!
