6-Week Slimming Club : 3 September – 16 October 2026
Join our supportive 6-week slimming club designed to encourage healthy habits, motivation, and accountability in a friendly group setting.
Participants are encouraged to commit to all 6 weeks to gain the greatest benefit from the program and support one another throughout the journey.
What you’ll need:
- A notebook
- An open mind and willingness to shift some habits
- A friendly attitude to motivate and cheer on fellow participants
This is a positive, encouraging environment where everyone supports each other toward their personal goals.
