Come and join us to discover the delights of Vietnamese cuisine. With our member Anna guiding us, we will prepare the following delicious lunch: -

Vietnamese rice noodle salad

Vegetarian spring rolls

Spring rolls

Vietnamese grilled chicken skewers 

Desert 

All to be enjoyed with lemon grass tea. 

As well as talking us through the preparation of the dishes Anna will show us how to properly use chopsticks. 

Numbers will be limited to 10 persons and there will be a charge of CHF15 for ingredients.

"International Gourmets" is an international foodie group! It is all about international cuisine with recipe preparations, themed cooking (eg. for those with anosmia, gluten free dishes, vegetarian meals...), gadget discoveries, restaurant visits and more!

We  normally meet on the second or third Thursday of each month from 13:00-14:30 . Everyone is welcome.  so if you love food and want to learn more about international cuisine, join us!
