We are always happy to welcome new members to our Yoga group. Yoga works for any shape, age, sex, nationality, level of fitness - without judgement. No need to be flexible or fit, listen to your body, feel what you feel and do what you can today. The aim is for you to feel more balanced and relaxed than when you arrived. Yoga is not about being able to do fancy poses; it teaches us to be kinder with ourselves and show compassion when we travel beyond the pose.
Come along and join an hour long yoga practice. You may like it! If you doubt your abilities, you’ll never improve and if you don’t try it you’ll never know ;)
Plan to be on your mat and ready to start on time.
*Wear something comfortable - all participants should bring a mat and a towel to cover the mat. If you like you can also bring a blanket, blocks and a yoga strap if you have them, but mainly a positive attitude and a smile on your face.
Be kind to yourself, it’s a great place to start your journey.
Note: Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with Michelle's contact information. If you don't receive confirmation, please check that you have hit "confirm" at the end of the registration process.

Hikes are generally in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud and are easily accessible by public transit. On occasion, there are hikes outside of these cantons that may be longer in length and require longer transportation links.
Anyone wishing to join Wednesday Wanderers must register on the Website or call the Welcome Desk to be registered for each outing.
Hikers are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and shoes and for bringing all necessary equipment and supplies, particularly water and snacks.
